Services

Full 24-hour Service Contract
24 hours, 7 days a week, this full-service contract includes all overtime and weekend service calls.  All parts and labor are included except in cases or vandalism or abuse. In such instances, the customer will be liable for the cost of all labor and parts incurred.

Full Service Contract
This contract features weekly or bi-monthly service visits and callbacks made during regular working hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Parts are included except in cases of vandalism or abuse. In such instances, the customer will be liable for the cost of all labor and parts incurred. On overtime and weekend calls the customer is liable for the overtime portion incurred during the repair.

Oil & Grease Service Contract
Oil and grease contracts include monthly or quarterly visits to lubricate all parts that are required. This do not include hydraulic oil loss from leaky valves or jack packing. All parts installed will be billed to the customer.

'Yellow Pages' Calls
Service calls that do not fall under a contract, but rather are on a one-off basis will be undertaken on a case-by-case basis depending upon duration and time constraints. Contract repairs do take precedence.
